First I changed the y pipe with this one: Then I got the code again so I replaced all the 02 sensors. About 40 miles later the code came back. Parts needed strictly for Modification 1: (Push-Loc = Push-On = Twist-Loc) -Fuel Rail off a 4.7L engine in good shape. Can be taken off a Dodge or a Jeep, should. be identical but check to make sure. I got one from a salvage yard for $50.

I use the pennzoil platnum. leadsled jeep said: I would run Amsoil 0w30 in Canada with those temperatures. It's thin when cold and meets 30 weight specs when hot.

My wife drives the WJ every day, and its still being used as a "soccer mom" SUV, along with wheelin'. So, I don't want to sacrifice comfort, visibility, or cargo space as much as possible. Obviously safety is an issue, but the WJ has a great structure that will be taking the blunt of a roll anyways, so the cage is the 2nd line of defense.

164 posts · Joined 2015 #1 · Oct 8, 2017 Hi everybody! In my city there's a man selling a 4.7 HO overland that has been sitting for 5 years. It has less than 60.000 miles. It was used by his father. My question is if the engine and all of its seals are going to be good after sitting outside for 5 years. Same for the transmission.

11,315 Posts. #5 · May 7, 2017. That don't look factory. And there is a whole lot of confusion with the Aux cooler and who should have it. Especially the 4.0 and earlier (99-00) 4.7. The Aux trans cooler from the factory should be on the passenger side where the trans lines are.
My research has found the HO engine uses a slightly higher flow rate that the standard 4.7. I found out the regular 4.7 uses 22.5 LB/HR injectors, my Jeep 4.7 HO VIN "J" uses 25.8 LB/HR. I'm spending a pile of cash on my 2004 WJ with an HO engine that puked a valve seat. I want everything on the new engine NEW. Sort by Oldest first.
